SHIPPING FEE
Delivery charges will be free upon a single net purchase of HK$400.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customers outside Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are beyond BAEBCLUB's control. These charges vary by country and are based on the value of the order. Please check with your local import office for more details.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, usually take 3 - 14 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates from the time the shipment is dropped off with the courier. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of BAEBCLUB.
If a delivery is refused or customs clearance is not completed, the shipping company may abandon or destroy the item. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order without any refund.
Return &
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days upon receipt of your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging and with all garment tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization via info@baebclubstyle.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer’s internal procedures.
Exchange for online orders is only available on size exchange while stock lasts.
